Hello fanbase, long time no see. The reboot is long over and the franchise is defunct again. So how long do you think it will be before we get another reboot. I hope Hollywood makes a gritty and realistic MacGyver Film reboot in the style of the Equalizer.

It seems like it just suddenly disappeared.
I have watched MacGyver for the third time and every time when comes to the part when Jack Dalton leaves I fell apprehension and sadness.
Has this feeling happen to any of you too?

I think that except Angus MacGyver, characters that are similar to the 1985 MacGyver are relatives. Pete Thorton is the father of Patricia Thorton, and Jack Dalton from 1985, is Jack Dalton Sr. and the 2016 one is Jack Dalton Jr. I'm not sure about the Carpenters because you don't see juniors of females.
What do yall think about the ending of MacGyver, any thots?
The MacGyver 2016 reboot had 5 seasons and has recently ended. Will we ever have another reboot, renewal or spin-off. Who knows. I'm not surprised the series has ended though. It had some flaws such as poor writing and reusing the same topics over and over again. Such as Terrorists, Bioweapons, Hackers, Corrupt Government and Psychopaths. Who knows what the future of MacGyver is, perhaps the show could be revived in a couple years or something. But no matter what happens this wiki is here to stay. I will likely stay semi-active indefinitely. The question is how active will this wiki be. Will users still edit when this show is long gone? Only time will tell.

I think Mac and Riley would make a much better couple than him and Desi. They just have more chemistry. Plus I just love Riley.
The last two episodes have revealed that an unknown shadowy figure is reuniting cells of Codex around the globe. Russ Taylor doesn't think that it's Leland and it's more likely to be a new character. I think it will be a returning character, because introducing a new character would not be a huge twist.
Meanwhile, Jack Dalton is supposedly dead. However, we don't see his dead body and his death scenario is suspicious to say the least. Plus Gwendolen Hayes supposedly died and it was revealed that she became the head of Codex after being saved by Leland a Codex operative. Perhaps, Jack Dalton could have been saved in similar ways.
Having Jack Dalton return as a main antagonist with justifiable motives could be executed well. Plus, since hs knows how the Phoenix Foundation works Codex could use him in their plan.

I believe that the Gwendolyn Hayes and Titan pages should be merged. After Father + Son + Father + Matriarch It is confirmed that Hayes is Titan and the two are not separate characters. This means Titan should not have its own independent page going forward
There seems to be a significant amount of information on the Gwendolyn Hayes page that was not introduced In the show. Unless information is properly stated in the show or authenticated by another legitimate source It should not be considered canon to the world of the show and should not be included in the page. Also, information Should include a source by episode so that you know the source of where comes from.
Some examples of this are:
The languages she speaks
The fact that she's Ambidextrous
She does not drink
The numerous universities she went to
She was the one who turned Jonah Walsh against James and DXS.
She personally recruited Nikki Carpenter to Codex but cut her loose when it became clear that Nikki's feelings for Angus were getting in the way and tried to have her killed when it was revealed that Nikki was a triple-agent for the CIA.
She was the one who had Patricia Thornton installed at DXS to be their inside operative.
As far tell none of this information was stated in Father + Son + Father + Matriarch and if it cannot be cited from the show or the creators then it should be removed from the page.
I think the Name Codex is similar to Cobra in GiJoe.
