Africa first appears in Wrench in a flashback of Angus MacGyver in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Season 1Edit

  • MacGyver was stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan when his CO Alfred Pena was merdered by The Ghost. [1]
  • Prior to their trip to Hilo, Hawaii, Mac stated they had just stopped a dictater from deploying a chemical weapon. There are 49 dictatorships in the world (21 in Africa, 18 in Asia, 7 in The Middle East, 1 in Europe and 2 in South America) However the most notible ones are North Korea, and Syria the latter who was already relesed chemical weapons on his countrymen.   • Angus MacGyver and Franklin Mallory talk about when Mac dropped out of MIC, enlisted to diffusing IEDs in Afghanistan for the next 3 years. [3]


Season 2Edit

  • Samantha Cage tracks down Navy SEAL Lieutenant Samuel Diaz to Syria. [4]
  • Jack Dalton angrily points out they are flying over Egypt, refraining their time in Cairo. [4]
  • MacGyver and the team land in Istanbul, Turkey to rescue Lieutenant Samuel Diaz [4]
  • Mac & team attempt to extinguish a massive oil wellhead fire in a Nigerian village, set by a rebel group. [5]
  • Mac builds a bomb that exploded in Angola when their covers were blown. [6]
  • In a flash back in Afghanistan Mac and Jack meet for the forst time, and at odds. Two months later, they save each other's lives. [7]
  • Jack Dalton mentioned how he broke his leg in 1997 in Botswana. [8]


Season3 Edit

  • The team travel to Accra, and Agbobgloshie, Ghana to retreive a file called Dragonfly. [9]
