Good Knight MacGyver (Part 1) is the 7st episode of Season 7 in the original version of MacGyver.
Summary[]
While researching his family's genealogy, MacGyver discovers that his family name was disgraced during the Middle Ages. He is then knocked unconscious and, not surprisingly, is transported through dreams to the time of King Arthur (a curious Pete look-alike!). Here he must confront some stubborn knights, convince Arthur that he is a friend, and set out in search of his forefathers.
Goofs[]
Among MacGyver's charges against Galahad, was asking who called for the Council of Judgement against Merlin. But as already established, a Council of Judgement would have been called anyway, as it was the law of the land in Camelot, so somebody would have called it had Galahad not done so.
Duncan uses the word "assassin," which would have been unknown to someone in England at that time, as it's an Arabic word that wasn't coined until hundreds of years later.
