Jill Morgan was a member of The Phoenix Foundation. In the first episode of season 3 Murdoc kills her while she is driving.
Early Life[]
Matilda Webber had recruited Jill to the The Phoenix Foundation when she was straight out of college. Jill had another job offer and turned Matty down twice before agreeing to join the Phoenix. Matty claims that Jill was most idealistic and determined people she has ever know.[1]
Season 2[]
She helps with the break in at Matty Webber's house. She is often misnamed by Jack Dalton, who seems to not realize her name is Jill and not Janet, Jane etc.
Season 3[]
She was running a task force in an attempt to find Murdoc who later killed her while she was driving. He sent MacGyver a package containing a phone, when he was at the airport terminal just as he was going to board a flight back to Nigeria. A funeral was held for her.
