Season 1[]

  • The team gets an assignment to Venezuela and rescue Sarah Adler, Jack's former partner and ex-girlfriend from the CIA who has been disavowed due to being captured. Sarah's capture comes on the heels of her stealing an arms dealer's ledger. [1]
  • Prior to their trip to Hilo, Hawaii, Mac stated they had just stopped a dictator from deploying a chemical weapon. There are 49 dictatorships in the world (21 in Africa, 18 in Asia, 7 in The Middle East, 1 in Europe and 2 in South America) However the most notable ones are North Korea, and Syria the latter who was already released chemical weapons on his countrymen.   • Mac and Jack are stuck in a garbage compressor in Cordoba, Argentina. They escape, but not before Jack breaks his arm due to a miscommunication. [4]

Season 2[]

  • Angus MacGyver and Jack Dalton tracked Mac's Dad to his last known location to a hostel in Barcelona, Spain, then to a crash-pad in Kiev, Ukraine, which led to a cabin in Patagonia, South America before Matilda Webber called them back to The Phoenix Foundation. [5]
  • Mac and Jack head to Pasto, Colombia and escorted Dr. Alejandra Rosa and the heart across the border to Quito, Ecuador, reach Hector León, a key presidential candidate in Ecuador receive a heart transplant he desperately needs after a rebel group tries to sabotage delivery of the organ. [6]
  • The team travel to Lima, Peru to track down counterfeit american money. [7]
